These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between users ("Members") of TruyenViet.Net("TruyenViet.Net") and TruyenViet.Net regarding the use of the automatic renewal commission service provided by TruyenViet.Net. By using the service, Members agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2.1 The service is designed for Members who wish to utilize automatic renewal. Members can enable the service to ensure uninterrupted renewal of their VIP membership without the risk of missing payments due to oversight or other reasons. The service deducts the renewal fee for the upcoming billing cycle from the Member's account balance. 2.2 With automatic renewal, TruyenViet.Net collects the renewal fee for the next billing cycle from the Member's account. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in their account to cover the renewal fee.
3.1 TruyenViet.Net deducts the annual fee for the next billing cycle from the Member's account on the specified day. The payment will be recorded, and the Member's validity will be extended accordingly. 3.2 TruyenViet.Net may change or modify the content, rules, and terms of these Terms of Service based on business or technical upgrades. Changes will be presented on the relevant pages ofTruyenViet.Net before they take effect, although separate notice is not guaranteed. If a Member does not agree to the modified Terms of Service, they may cancel the acquired service and discontinue its use. If a Member continues to use the services provided by TruyenViet.Net, it will be deemed as acceptance of all modifications to these Terms of Service. 3.3 If the annual service price for TruyenViet.Net is adjusted at the time of automatic renewal, the prevailing price will apply. 3.4 TruyenViet.Net does not charge any fees for Members to enable this service. However,TruyenViet.Net reserves the right to decide whether to charge for the service itself or adjust the automatic renewal period and expenses based on business needs or market changes, with relevant information made available to Members.
4.1 This agreement comes into effect upon acceptance or use of the service by the Member and remains in force until the termination of the service or cancellation of membership. 4.2 Members have the right to terminate the service at any time through their App Store account settings. Upon termination, TruyenViet.Net will cease providing the service to the Member.
5.1 In the event of a breach of contract by either party, the parties have the right to seek compensation through a mutually agreed-upon dispute resolution process.
6.1 TruyenViet.Net and Members shall attempt to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement through friendly negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, either party has the right to seek legal action.
